About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with deep expertise in data science methodologies and exceptional proficiency in Python. You will lead end-to-end analytical initiatives from problem framing and data preparation to model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring. This role requires strong technical skills, a business-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across teams to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

A Senior Analyst will work closely with Analyttica's clients and internal teams on analytics projects.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

They need to bring together analytical and logical thinking to balance the rigor of science and applications.

Being a part of the team working with the clients of multiple geographies

Engage with clients through scheduled and proactive communication.

Focus on attention to detail and drive error free delivery in a timely manner.

Ability to convert business problem into data problems. Critical thinking by working closely with stakeholders to identify actionable insights. Understanding the Why behind every problem.

Become a Subject Matter Expert in one of the business units to drive end-to-end ownership.

Open to travel to client locations as necessary.

Essential Experience And Skillset For The Role

3+ years of experience in the business analytics or decision science roles

Proficiency with SQL, Tableau and Excel is a must. Looking for at-least 8/10 scorers on SQL and Tableau.

Excel expertise for story-telling and analysis and hands-on experience on Hypothesis testing, Attribution modelling, MMM, and predictive modelling concepts

Work independently and with minimum guidance to take end-to-end ownership of deliverables.

Adhere to daily timelines, without impacting the quality of the deliverables.

Experience in banking & financial services domain is preferred.

Experience in interacting with clients one-on-one and driving client discussions.

Required Soft Skills

Comfortable working with a blend of onshore and offshore teams

Fluent verbal communication

Good work ethics and thinking out of the box

Possesses a proactive learning mindset and a keen interest in staying abreast of the latest technologies and business concepts.

Ability to take ownership.
