Job Description

  • Analyze and investigate activity on company devices and infrastructure (public cloud and on-premises) that could represent security threats.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Security teams to develop scalable solutions for analyzing security events and protecting CSG's networks, cloud services, workforce systems, and data.
  • Interpret disparate data sources to identify trends, support investigations, and provide actionable intelligence.
  • Collect requirements for enhancements to detection models, response systems, and security tooling.
  • Leverage existing systems and datasets to perform analyses and drive process improvements.
  • Provide actionable insights to help identify, prevent, detect, and respond to anomalous or potentially malicious user activity.
  • Develop automation scripts in Python to improve productivity of routine functions and implement creative technical solutions to key problems.
  • Lead projects, mentor teammates, and champion quality operational standards across the security team.
