Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead IT Infrastructure Audit, IT Security assessments, Vulnerability Assessment, and Risk Assessment activities.
- Own and manage cybersecurity and data protection across the entire organization.
- Analyze and enhance existing security architecture; recommend improvements continuously.
- Develop and enforce cybersecurity best practices, security standards, and guidelines.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and security testing for web applications and infrastructure.
- Develop testing methodologies aligned with industry best practices.
- Work with Windows and Linux server environments to ensure secure configurations.
- Implement IT security solutions and performance monitoring systems.
- Lead cyber-incident detection, investigation, and analysis activities.
- Provide technical guidance to internal teams on security issues and preventive controls.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience, preferably in a senior or lead role.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC are an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Firewalls, Servers, Endpoint Security, SIEM, WAF, IDS/IPS, and Cloud Security.
- Up-to-date understanding of cybersecurity threats, trends, and hacking techniques.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Enthusiastic, resourceful, and possesses a strong problem-solving mindset.
