Position: Senior Customer Support Executive
Process: International Voice Process (ROW Market)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Joining Date: 26th May
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound & outbound calls with international customers
Understand learner requirements and guide them to suitable programs
Deliver excellent customer experience while driving sales conversions
Resolve customer queries and build strong customer relationships
Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in International Voice Process / Customer Support / Inside Sales
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
Experience In B2C/B2B International Process Is Preferred
Comfortable with sales-oriented customer interactions and revenue targets
Immediate joiners preferred
Comfortable working from office in HSR Layout, Bangalore

Compensation
Competitive salary hike based on current CTC, interview performance, and relevant experience. Your CTC should not be more than 12LPA.
