Job Overview
LearningShala is seeking a Customer Support Executive who can efficiently manage student support operations along with sales responsibilities (40%). The role includes reference generation and handling the complete end-to-end re-admission process for students.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound student queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Provide accurate information regarding courses, batches, fees, and policies.
Assist students with onboarding, documentation, and issue resolution.
Generate references from existing students.
Manage end-to-end re-admission process for walk-in and enquiry-based students.
Counsel students for re-admission and course upgrades.
Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely closures.
Maintain student data and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission operations.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
Prior experience in customer support or education sales is preferred.
Ability to handle sales discussions and student counselling confidently.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Work Details
Working Timings: 10:00 AM 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week,
Salary: 25,000 30,000 (In-hand)
