The RoleWe're hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own relationships, renewals, and expansion for a portfolio of strategic customers across Europe and US. You will be accountable for retention, value realisation, and commercial outcomes.
Note - You need to be comfortable working with customers across Europe and US in their timezone.
What You'll Own- Strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Renewals, retention, and expansion
- Value and ROI conversations (QBRs, exec reviews)
- Clear account health and risk visibility
- Tight collaboration with Product and FDPS
- Representing the customer internally
What We're Looking For- 8+ years experience in Customer Success in B2B SaaS
- Strong preference for AI-first or data-heavy startups
- Proven ownership of renewals and account growth
- Comfortable with complex products and senior stakeholders
- Product-literate, outcome-driven, commercially sharp
- Curious about AI and comfortable using modern AI tools
You don't need to be an engineer but you do need to be credible with Product, customers, and leadership.
