SentiSum is an AI-native Voice of Customer platform helping leading brands improve retention and customer experience through real-time insights and action.

The Role

We're hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to own relationships, renewals, and expansion for a portfolio of strategic customers across Europe and US. You will be accountable for retention, value realisation, and commercial outcomes.

Note - You need to be comfortable working with customers across Europe and US in their timezone.

What You'll Own

  • Strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders
  • Renewals, retention, and expansion
  • Value and ROI conversations (QBRs, exec reviews)
  • Clear account health and risk visibility
  • Tight collaboration with Product and FDPS
  • Representing the customer internally

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years experience in Customer Success in B2B SaaS
  • Strong preference for AI-first or data-heavy startups
  • Proven ownership of renewals and account growth
  • Comfortable with complex products and senior stakeholders
  • Product-literate, outcome-driven, commercially sharp
  • Curious about AI and comfortable using modern AI tools

You don't need to be an engineer but you do need to be credible with Product, customers, and leadership.
