Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

Location: Remote

Timings: 8:00 PM To 4:00 AM IST (Night Shift)

As Sr. Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for strategy, project management, renewals, and building strong relationships across a portfolio of Milestone's customers.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that assigned customers achieve their expected business outcomes with Milestone solutions resulting in customer retention and account growth. You will build long-term trusting relationships with your customers, ensuring they realize the full value from their investment with Milestone. Your focus will be to make every customer in your portfolio wildly successful, resulting in referenceable customers who maintain long-term loyalty to Milestone.

In addition to acting as a trusted advisor to customers, you will be a customer advocate, often functioning as a liaison between our customers and internal Milestone teams. You will ensure that needs and/or requirements considered critical to the success of these customers are communicated and driven throughout the Milestone organization.

This role requires expertise in strategic account management, a track record exceeding renewal goals, and at least 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management experience.

Your Epic Role

  • Work your magic with clients, setting critical goals, and helping them rock their digital marketing objectives.
  • Proactively look for solutions and ideas, leveraging the teams and resources at Milestone, to deliver on goals and objectives.
  • Build rock solid relationships from decision-makers to operational teams, everyone loves your vibe.
  • Drive platform adoption, usage, and overall happiness.
  • Play diplomat between customers and internal Milestone teams, ensuring everyone's on the same page for success.

Skills That Stand Out

  • Top level communication skills both written and verbal. Your presentations are so good they should come with a warning label.
  • You know how to tell stories with data and present insights that showcase the value of our partnership
  • A logical mind, top organization skills, and excellent time management

Nice-to-Haves

  • E-commerce, banking, and/or hospitality experience
  • Project management expertise
  • Sales experience
  • MBA

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree, MBA even better
  • 5-8 years of experience, preferably as a Customer Success Manager or an Account Manager
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing channels, especially Search (SEO & SEM), Content, and website optimization.
  • Experience in Digital Strategy, SEO Strategy, Technical SEO, and/or Local SEO with a passion for creating legendary customer success stories
