We are looking for a Senior Customer Service representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with the ability to handle a variety of customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Train and mentor junior customer service representatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and trends to suggest service improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
