Description

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in customer service, demonstrating a commitment to providing exceptional support and driving customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide detailed product information and technical support.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the management team.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to services.
  • Train and mentor junior customer service representatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-6 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience in handling difficult customers and resolving conflicts.
