Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric Senior Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals with strong multitasking abilities, excellent English communication skills, and a passion for delivering world-class customer experiences. Experience in an international voice process will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions through international voice support with professionalism and clarity
  • Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
  • Handle multiple tasks and systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow established processes
  • Meet and exceed service quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Fluent English speaker with strong listening and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Good computer proficiency, including CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles
  • International voice process experience is a definite plus

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Night Shift)

Salary: up to INR 33,000/month
