Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer interactions through international voice support with professionalism and clarity
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently while ensuring high satisfaction levels
- Handle multiple tasks and systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow established processes
- Meet and exceed service quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Fluent English speaker with strong listening and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Good computer proficiency, including CRM tools and MS Office applications
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset
Preferred Experience:- Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles
- International voice process experience is a definite plus
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Night Shift)
Salary: up to INR 33,000/month
