Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Executive located in Chennai. The role involves providing excellent customer support, managing customer service operations, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, Upselling, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Senior Customer Service Executive will work closely with the team to enhance service quality and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

We have a requirement for customer service executive for international voice process

Experience : 1 + years of experience in customer support (voice process)

Education : any graduate/ PG is eligible to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Excellent communication skills in english (verbaland written)
  • The candidate should have an interest in the international voice process.
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone and chat.
  • Resolvingcustomerqueriesat the first point of contact.
  • Upselling.
  • Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Recordingand updating customer information via the organization's internal systems.

Desired candidate profile

  • Both male and Female candidates can apply
  • Experience in international voice and upselling
  • Should be willing to work for rotational week off.
  • Immediate joining will be given first preference.
