Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Customer Service Executive located in Chennai. The role involves providing excellent customer support, managing customer service operations, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, Upselling, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Senior Customer Service Executive will work closely with the team to enhance service quality and contribute to achieving organizational goals.
