As the first point of contact for our members, you will embody the essence of luxury, wellness, and hospitality. Your role is to create a seamless, elevated experience from the moment a guest walks in to the time they leave ensuring every interaction reflects our brand's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome members and guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism.
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, bookings, and inquiries.
• Coordinate with trainers, wellness specialists, and caf teams to ensure effortless service flow.
• Support membership consultations, renewals, and client engagement initiatives.
• Uphold impeccable presentation standards and a refined member environment.

Requirements:

• Graduate with 13 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, or fitness.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Polished grooming and a naturally service-oriented demeanor.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-end environment.
• Knowledge of CRM or fitness management systems preferred.
