Job Description

We are seeking a customer centric individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Senior Customer Service Associate.Candidate needs to have a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills and good stakeholder management.

The role involves call interactions with clients of Large Corporate Groups for maintaining very high customer relationship and helping stakeholders in generating revenue.

Candidate also needs to interact with internal stakeholders (LCG BD Team) and ensure their requirements are met on timely basis.

Types of Processes - Lead Generation / Collections / Customer Service

Helping Stakeholders by generating leads, fixing meetings with prospects and collection of fees.

Experience:- Minimum 1+ years in international call centres. Need to have prior BPO / Telecaling experience.
