Senior Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from UK customers professionally.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant products/services.
• Achieve individual and team targets for sales, customer satisfaction, and quality.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Accurately update customer information and call details in the CRM/system.
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and UK process guidelines.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable handling international/UK customers over the phone.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Previous experience in International BPO / UK Voice / Customer Support / Sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in UK rotational shifts, including rotational weekends.
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
