Role Description

The Senior CRM Leader will be responsible for overseeing CRM strategies to enhance customer relationships, retention, and business growth. This role involves analyzing customer data, developing targeted campaigns, and collaborating with different departments to drive engagement. Additional responsibilities include managing CRM platforms, monitoring key performance metrics, and ensuring data integrity. This is a full-time on-site position based in Navi Mumbai.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in CRM platforms and tools, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar technologies
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and interpretation skills
  • Experience in developing and executing customer-focused strategies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and customer lifecycle management
  • Knowledge of industry trends, CRM best practices, and emerging tools
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a leadership role within CRM or customer-focused departments
