Job Description

A quick filter check - We're only considering Associate/Senior Creative Producers with 25 years of agency or production house experience. If end-to-end production ownership, timelines, budgets and on-ground execution haven't been your core responsibility, this role won't be the right fit (and that's okay - the right one will come along).

The one who knows how to get it done and get it done well.

Wife is looking for an Associate/SeniorCreative Producer. Someone who knows the idea is only as good as its execution. You live in the sweet spot between creative and production. Timelines, vendors, scripts, decks, callsheets, chaos - you manage it all like it's second nature.

We're looking for someone who can bring order to our madness. Who understands how to get ideas off the ground - on brief, on time, and on budget. Someone who's as comfortable working with a DOP as they are with a copywriter. Who can hustle, but also plan. Who thinks about the storyboard, but also about the taxi receipts. Who knows production is not about the spotlight - it's about the light hitting at the right time.

And yes, someone who gets the ever-changing rhythm of content creation. Right from reels to edits, thumbnails, formats - you know what works and where. You don't need to be a creator yourself, but you understand the game.

Your Scene (a.k.a What You'll Do)

  • Work closely with the creative and strategy team to take ideas from pitch to production
  • Liaise with vendors, talent, directors, studios, editors, and everyone in between
  • Build and manage production calendars, timelines, and budgets
  • Own pre-production, shoot day coordination, and post-production follow-ups
  • Review scripts, storyboards, edits, and ensure deliverables are on point
  • Coordinate with the social media team for post formats, channel requirements, and versioning
  • Handle internal coordination, client comms, and everything that keeps production running
  • Ensure nothing is missed-from chai on set to backup drives post shoot

What We'd Like You to Bring

  • 25 years of experience in a similar role, agency, production house, content studio or brand side
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong understanding of creative processes, video formats, digital content workflows and social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience in managing end-to-end shoots (ads, branded content, digital films, social edits, reels etc.)
  • Comfort with building and managing all the usual creative docs from pitch decks and storyboards to PowerPoint Presentation, shoot plans, PPM, references, notes and everything in between
  • Ability to stay calm in chaos and still deliver magic
  • A knack for problem-solving (and people-handling)

Bonus If You Also Have

  • Prior work experience on both brand + agency sides
  • Prior work experience on both brand + agency sides
  • Some production budgeting experience
  • Worked on set or have hands-on shoot management experience
  • Comfort with project management tools (Notion, GSheets, etc.)
