What will you work on

Content Strategy & Development -

  • Lead content ideation and own projects end-to-end, from concept development and scripting to production and post-production.
  • Drive creative direction by collaborating with the Content Team to develop high-impact, innovative concepts across formats and platforms.
  • Research and analyse industry trends, audience behaviour, and platform best practices to inform creative strategy.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of production, ensuring shoots are delivered on time, within scope, and within allocated resources.
  • Manage and oversee multiple shoots each month while maintaining consistent quality and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Own the end-to-end creative process, including scriptwriting, voiceovers, creative reviews, and final output sign-off.
  • Edit videos beyond assigned series when required, setting benchmarks for quality and storytelling.

Leadership, Collaboration & Quality Control -

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into execution while ensuring alignment with business and brand goals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, expectation-setting, and smooth coordination.
  • Set and uphold content quality standards across projects, ensuring consistency in tone, storytelling, and execution.
  • Review creative deliverables and provide constructive, actionable feedback to raise the overall output of the team.
  • Mentor junior team members and guide them through creative best practices, workflows, and execution standards.

Who are we looking for

  • Strong and proven experience in content development and production, preferably in a fast-paced digital or media environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead creative projects independently and manage multiple productions simultaneously.
  • Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep interest in current content, platform, and cultural trends to continuously evolve creative output.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality standards across all stages of the creative process.
