Team Leadership:
o Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
o Guide the team in overcoming creative challenges and maintaining high standards.
o Represent the creative department in client meetings, pitches, and internal discussions.
Industry Thought Leadership:
o Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements within the healthcare sector.
o Contribute to thought leadership in healthcare communication through articles, speaking engagements, and participation in industry forums.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience of atleast 14-18 years in a senior creative role within healthcare communication.
Proven leadership skills in guiding creative teams.
In-depth understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance.
Strong portfolio showcasing successful healthcare communication campaigns.
