What You'll Do
- Lead with Vision: Drive the creative direction for campaigns, social media, ads, web/app interfaces, brand decks, and more ensuring every output is strategic, stunning, and on-brand.
- Shape Brand Identities: Build, refine, and evolve the visual language.
- Mentor & Collaborate: Guide junior designers, inspire cross-functional teams, and work seamlessly with copywriters, marketers, and video editors.
- Push Boundaries: Bring innovative concepts to life, experimenting with formats, trends, and creative technologies.
- Add Motion (Bonus): Create animations, transitions, or micro-interactions that amplify engagement.
- Stay Ahead: Monitor design trends, industry shifts, and audience behaviors to keep our creative edge razor sharp.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 4+ years in creative/visual design (agency, startup, or in-house), with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Portfolio Power: A strong portfolio showcasing both brand-building and performance-driven creative work.
- Tools of the Trade: Adobe Creative Suite & Figma mastery (bonus: Canva speed for quick-turn assets).
- Design Fluency: Exceptional typography, layout, color, and composition skills.
