Role Overview
We are seeking a versatile and innovative Senior Creative Designer to join our Marketing Design team. This role blends art direction, motion design, and AI-driven creativity to bring brand narratives to life across a wide range of platforms. You will craft impactful digital campaigns, design engaging motion graphics, and explore AI-powered design solutions that push creative boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, design, and animate marketing assets including motion graphics, videos, social content, and campaign visuals.
- Leverage AI tools and workflows to ideate, prototype, and accelerate creative production.
- Develop creative digital ads, presentation storylines, and event branding with a strong focus on dynamic visual storytelling.
- Lead the execution of event collateralsfrom animated booth elements and interactive displays to production-ready branding assets.
- Support senior designers and art directors in creating integrated campaigns that span digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
- Bring fresh, innovative ideas to brainstorming sessions and translate briefs into compelling static, motion, and AI-assisted design solutions.
- Maintain consistency with InMobi's brand identity while experimenting with new creative approaches across formats.
- Collaborate with marketing team to deliver engaging, multi-channel campaigns.
- Stay ahead of design, AI, and motion graphics trends, tools, and technologies relevant to advertising and digital experiences.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Creative Designer, or Junior Art Director in marketing/advertising.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign) and XD/Figma.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design and motion graphics tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating both motion design and visual design skills across digital, print, and storytelling projects.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, creative curiosity, and a growth mindset.
- Experience with UI/UX principles, video editing, and 2D/3D animation is a plus.
