Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Creative Designer / Creative Lead with experience in 3D visualization and digital creative design. The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, renderings, marketing creatives, and visual content for residential and commercial projects, while also supporting digital campaigns, brand communication, and online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs using SketchUp for real estate projects.
- Convert architectural drawings (AutoCAD/2D layouts) into detailed 3D designs.
- Design interior and exterior visualization concepts for villas, apartments, and commercial buildings.
- Create high-impact digital creatives for social media, ad campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Design website banners, landing pages, and e-commerce creatives aligned with brand identity.
- Collaborate with architects, marketing, sales, and digital teams to create engaging visual content.
- Oversee creative workflow, post-production, and ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain high design standards across projects.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in SketchUp (mandatory).
- Experience with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or 3ds Max.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and architectural drawings.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects).
- Understanding of digital marketing creatives and social media ad formats.
- Strong visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in real estate, architecture, e-commerce, or digital creative agencies.
- Portfolio demonstrating 3D visualization and digital creative work.
- Experience managing junior designers or freelancers.
