Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Coupa Consultant with strong Source-to-Pay (S2P) experience to lead and deliver Coupa implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise across Sourcing, Contract Management, Procure-to-Pay, Invoicing, and Supplier Management, along with the ability to engage with business stakeholders and drive end-to-end solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end Coupa Source-to-Pay implementations
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Coupa solutions
- Configure and customize Coupa modules including:
- Sourcing
- Contract Management
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Invoicing
- Supplier Management
- Drive solution design workshops and stakeholder discussions
- Integrate Coupa with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.)
- Manage data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live activities
- Provide production support and handle change requests
- Ensure best practices, compliance, and process optimization
- Prepare functional documentation and conduct user training
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Coupa implementation and support
- Strong hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes
- Expertise in Coupa configuration and functional design
- Experience with Coupa APIs, integrations, and data imports/exports
- Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, and finance processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile / Waterfall delivery models
Preferred Skills:
- Experience integrating Coupa with SAP S/4HANA or ECC
- Exposure to Coupa Treasury or Expense Management
- Coupa or procurement-related certifications
- Experience in global rollout projects
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
