Job Description

Sr Counter Staff

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cash Tally with nil outstanding on a daily basis. (FOR WALK IN only)
  • Weighing scale calibration and its record keeping before 10am.
  • Maintaining adequate Stocks of flyers / smart boxes / easy express boxes at all times via ordering process from Store side. (verifying SOP to be automated)
  • Ensuring5SRetail Brand guidelines are followed. Proactive measure taken to resolve any issue related to Upkeep.
  • Ensure Uniform Cleanliness and Personal grooming is maintained
  • Maintain NPS scores
  • Growth on Revenue, Shipments, Intl for the Year, TDD, CCE and SMART box

Eligibility

  • Not in active PIP or under disciplinary action.
  • Minimum educational qualification graduation in any stream.
