Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Sr. Counselor specializing in the AUS and New Zealand. The Sr. Counselor will be responsible for guiding students through their study abroad journey, from the initial consultation to the final steps of securing a student visa. Daily tasks include personalized counseling sessions, assistance with university applications, preparation for entrance exams, and coordination with universities for admissions. The Sr. Counselor will also be responsible for organizing informational seminars and workshops, as well as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the various educational requirements and immigration policies of the countries covered.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and interpersonal skills
• Experience with university applications and admission processes
• Knowledge of visa procedures and immigration policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to conduct seminars and workshops
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in overseas education consultancy is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
