Role Description
The Senior Counsellor - Immigration role involves guiding clients through the end-to-end immigration processes, providing expert advice, and supporting clients in achieving their international migration goals. Key responsibilities include evaluating client profiles, providing solutions based on eligibility criteria, and assisting with document preparation and application submissions. The role also includes staying up-to-date with immigration regulations, managing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of immigration procedures, visa requirements, and application processes
- Exceptional counselling and client communication skills to provide clear and personalized guidance
- Proficiency in managing documentation and maintaining accuracy in client records
- Ability to research immigration policies and adapt to changing regulations
- Relevant experience in advisory, consulting, or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
- Positive attitude, problem-solving ability, and a client-focused approach
