Key Responsibilities:

As an expert Senior Travel Consultant, you will:

- Handle incoming requests promptly through various channels.

- Book air travel, hotels, visas, and car rentals with precision.

- Ensure confidential and high-touch travel arrangements.

- Provide creative solutions for special client requests.

- Resolve issues on the spot with expert communication skills.

- Make independent decisions under challenging circumstances.

- Work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

- Continuously expand your knowledge and maintain a growth mindset.

- Achieve individual and contractual service level goals.

- Maintain client profiles, ensuring special requests are included.

- Ensure optimal customer service through effective communication.

Qualifications:

We're seeking candidates with:

- 3+Years of relevant travel consultancy experience.

- Previous implant experience and familiarity with CBT tools (preferred).

- Dedication to customer satisfaction and excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.

- Proficiency in international booking and ticketing, including complex routes.

- Above-average productivity levels and proficiency in GDS systems.

- Internet research skills for client information.

- Flexibility to work weekends and handle on-call duties.
