Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced
Senior Core SME with strong expertise in
Java and cloud-native modernization (AWS, Azure, OCI, GCP). This role is ideal for professionals with a deep understanding of
capital markets domain, who can drive modernization blueprints, validate uplift plans, and ensure alignment with enterprise CI/CD frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cloud-native modernization initiatives and Java-based architecture transformations.
- Drive blueprint adoption and validate uplift plans for modernization projects.
- Collaborate with architects, governance teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
- Mentor and guide development teams to ensure alignment with modernization strategies.
- Oversee CI/CD framework alignment and integration with enterprise pipelines.
- Provide technical leadership and direction throughout the software lifecycle.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions in capital markets domain.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and cloud-native modernization.
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS mandatory; Azure, GCP, or OCI a plus).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD frameworks and DevOps best practices.
- Proven experience in capital markets or financial services domain.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to align technical solutions with business goals and enterprise architecture standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with microservices architecture, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and event-driven design.
- Familiarity with cloud automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
