About this role:
Uni is building a category-defining fintech brand. And reimagining credit cards for today's internet consumer. It's a revolution in credit card rewards - far simpler, richer, and built around real value.
To keep up these efforts, Uni's in-house Creative Team is adding new talent to their arsenal. A holistic Creative, with a copywriting background. Which means you think first, and execute later.
Everybody's dad can use AI and do what you do. The role of a Creative, surprisingly, has shifted back to basics. To do what nobody else in the room can do - think laterally, grab attention, move emotions, and make things people care about.
What you'll do, on this job:
- Writing high-volume performance creatives - static, video and everything.
- Build consistent, cohesive campaigns that move the needle for business
- Writing for comms - emails, Landing Pages, Whatsapps, Push Notifications, even the messaging that's visible on the product.
- Think conceptually to solve marketing problems and write aligned to the strategy. Nothing random.
- Deliver new age ideas and fresh thinking on the brand's larger goal.
- Work with the design team and shape the work as per marketing standards.
- Use AI smartly - identify the useful, from the slop
What you'll need, for this job:
- 4-6 years of experience in agencies or internet-first consumer startups.
- A portfolio you are proud of. With executions beyond print/static ads.
- Curiosity about writing copy for the internet and what makes it drive conversions.
- The ability to write copy that moves people, duh. Not just comic one-liners.
- Has some exposure working with networked agencies and consumer startups
