We are hiring full-stack copywriters across levels and teams. So, if you are the one who can switch between long-form print, snappy digital, tear-jerker film scripts, and thumb-stopping social content between sips of coffee, we are shining the torchlight on you.
What you bring

- Write copy that's a delight to readfrom stickers to scripts and everything in between.
- Collaborate with designers to create work that meets Sunny Side Up's standards.
- Think fast, write faster.
- Ensure error-free, high-quality creatives with sharp attention to detail.
- Own the process and timelines, making sure work goes out on time, every time.
- Push for work that competes on global creative award stages.
What you need
- 4-6 years of copywriting experience in a creative advertising/digital agency.
- A portfolio that proves your writing skills across formats, platforms, and tones.
- A strong mix of creative thinking and writing craft.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects without losing sight of the big idea.
- 2x bonus points if you can write in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, or any other Indian language, in addition to English.
- 5x bonus points if you're a creator on social media - someone who understands what gets viral, the algorithms behind content, the secret code of thumbnails, etc etc.
- Ownership to deliver without the need for micromanagement.
- Obsession for the smallest details.
- And eye to understand human behaviour - why people do what they do, what they desire, fear and obsess over.
