Oxyzem Creative Agency is seeking a Senior Copywriter with proven expertise. This role demands a professional who can lead copy strategy, deliver persuasive communication across digital platforms, and ensure brand consistency for multiple clients.

What you'll do

• Lead copy direction across branding, digital marketing, and creative campaigns
• Develop compelling copy for ads, creatives, and campaigns across social media platforms
• Create brand communication frameworks, including taglines, tone of voice, and messaging guidelines
• Write and review content across brand assets, social media, websites, ads, and marketing materials
• Draft long-form content such as blogs, newsletters, and website copy
• Script video content, presentations, and brand stories that align with creative strategy
• Collaborate with designers, editors, strategists, and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns
• Manage and mentor junior copywriters, ensuring tone, clarity, and the highest standard of written communication
• Balance hands-on writing with leadership across multiple clients and industries
• Use feedback, analytics, and performance insights to continuously enhance creative output

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in creative or marketing agencies

• A strong portfolio showcasing both branding and performance-driven copy

• Proven experience in video scripting and storytelling across digital platforms

• Strong command of written and spoken English; bilingual (English + Tamil) is a plus

• Ability to craft effective messaging across social, web, video, and print formats

• Understanding of digital KPIs and writing for performance results

• Knowledge of SEO principles is a plus

• Clear communication, attention to detail, and accountability for deadlines

• Ability to collaborate effectively with designers, strategists, and marketing teams
