At upGrad, we're looking for a Senior Copywriter who can craft compelling stories, drive performance, and shape our brand voice across platforms. If you enjoy blending creativity with impact, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Write compelling copy for social media, email campaigns, performance ads, influencer content & offline marketing

Translate brand strategy and audience insights into high-impact storytelling

Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and business teams

Lead ideation and contribute to creative concepts & campaign planning

Conduct research to deeply understand products, users, and messaging

Manage multiple projects end-to-end while meeting quality and timelines

Optimize copy using feedback, data, and performance insights

Mentor junior writers and uphold content quality benchmarks

What We're Looking For

Exceptional command over English language, grammar & nuance

Ability to adapt tone and style across platforms and funnel stages

Strong conceptual thinking with a performance-driven mindset

High attention to detail and comfort in fast-paced environments

Strong understanding of social media marketing & performance copywriting

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field

3+ years of experience in copywriting, content, or brand marketing
