About the Company

A high-growth, venture-backed SaaS company is building its founding India team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire a senior copywriter to own its voice. You will define how a fast-scaling product sounds to the world and carry that voice across every touchpoint. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Senior Copywriter, you will set the messaging and write the high-stakes copy that turns interest into action. You will own voice and positioning in the words and lift the standard of copy across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Messaging & Voice

• Own product messaging and the copy voice across the funnel
• Write conversion copy for the website, product, ads, and launches
• Turn positioning into clear, sticky lines customers remember

Leadership & Quality

• Set copy standards and review the work of other writers
• Partner with product, design, and growth on priority launches
• Test messaging and refine based on what converts

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5 to 10 years in copywriting, brand, or conversion copy
• A portfolio of high-performing copy across formats
• Strong instincts for voice, positioning, and persuasion
• Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience writing for SaaS, tech, or high-growth products
• Comfort owning messaging from positioning to final copy
• A track record of guiding junior writers
