Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Copywriter with strong fluency in written Hindi and English to drive high-impact, performance-led communication across our marketing function.
This role is ideal for a sharp ideas-first writer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes high ownership, and can craft emotionally resonant, conversion-focused copy while being deeply comfortable working in the devotion and faith space.
You will focus primarily on short-form copyperformance ads, social media, app communication, and campaignswhile shaping how millions of users experience our brand every day.
What You'll Do
Ideate and write high-performing copy for performance marketing ads across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Create engaging short-form social copy for organic and paid channels in both Hindi and English.
Translate devotional concepts, festivals, rituals, and belief-led narratives into clear, persuasive, and modern communication.
Collaborate closely with design, growth, and marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life end-to-end.
Own copy from ideation to execution, ensuring messaging aligns with brand tone, user intent, and performance goals.
Continuously test, learn, and optimise copy using performance data and user insights.
Maintain consistency in voice, tone, and emotional resonance across all short-form brand touchpoints

Requirements
3+ years of experience as a copywriter, with a strong focus on performance marketing and social copy
Fluency in written Hindi and English (mandatory).
Proven experience ideating and writing for high-impact ads and growth campaigns
A strong portfolio showcasing short-form writing across formats and platforms
High ownership mindset with the ability to independently take ideas from brief to execution.
Comfort and sensitivity in working within the devotional / faith / culturally rooted space
Ability to balance creativity with performance thinking and business impact.
