About the role :
This role, a Senior Copywriter / Creative Copy Leada strategic, high-impact position where creativity meets brand storytelling. You're not just writing; you're shaping the voice of a global student housing brand that's scaling fast and redefining how international students find homes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop compelling and innovative copy across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and video scripts.
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of large-scale creative campaigns that align with brand objectives based on deep market and consumer insights.
- Craft engaging content IPs that drive audience engagement and brand affinity.
- Ideate and execute award-winning concepts, activations, and brand experiences that push creative boundaries.
- Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and marketing teams to bring brand stories to life.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone of voice across all communication touchpoints.
- Research and stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to drive impactful content strategies.
- Present creative ideas and copy to clients and internal stakeholders with strong rationale and strategic insights.
- Mentor junior copywriters and contribute to the creative excellence of the team.
Qualifications & Skills :
- 4-5 years of experience as a copywriter in a reputed advertising or creative agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing large-scale campaigns, brand positioning projects, and content-led initiatives.
- Proven ability to develop award-winning ideas, activations, and brand experiences.
- Exceptional storytelling, conceptual thinking, and writing skills.
- Experience in developing and executing content IPs across digital and traditional media.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
- A deep understanding of digital and social media trends and their impact on brand communication.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
