ROLE 1: CONTROL ENGINEER

We are looking for a motivated Control Engineer to develop and commission PLC/SCADA/HMI-based control systems and manage projects end-to-end at client sites across Pune and Raigad.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demonstrate knowledge of electrical and electronic components

2. Prepare Programming Structures, Flow Charts, Interlock Sheets, and SCADA/HMI Structures

3. Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC / HMI / SCADA / VFD systems

4. Configure network communications: Ethernet, CC-Link, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus

5. Perform robot programming as required by project scope

6. Read and interpret electrical drawings; troubleshoot control panels

7. Carry out basic electrical wiring at project sites when required

8. Handle projects independently from development through delivery

9. Lead site erection and commissioning activities

ROLE 2: SR. CONTROL ENGINEER

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Control Engineer to lead automation projects, mentor junior engineers, and interface directly with customers. This role requires deep technical expertise and strong leadership at our Pune and Raigad offices.

Key Responsibilities

10. Apply excellent knowledge of electrical and electronic components across all project phases

11. Use ERP systems hands-on for material and resource management

12. Lead PLC / HMI / SCADA / VFD development, programming, and troubleshooting

13. Architect and implement network communication: Ethernet IP, CC-Link, Profibus, ProfiNet, Modbus

14. Leverage excellent knowledge of robotics in project execution and design

15. Prepare Programming Structures, Flow Charts, Interlock Sheets, and SCADA/HMI Structures per industry standards

16. Drive program development and lead technical discussions with customers

17. Manage and mentor engineering teams; own project handovers

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Technical Skills

PLC Programming: Siemens, Rockwell, Mitsubishi

HMI / SCADA system development

VFD configuration and troubleshooting

Industrial network protocols (Ethernet, Profibus, Modbus, etc.)

Robotics and motion control

Electrical drawing interpretation

Process control and instrumentation

Control panel troubleshooting

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Effective team collaboration

Ability to work independently on-site

Willingness to travel for site assignments

Customer-facing communication (Sr. role)

Team leadership and mentoring (Sr. role)

Education

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field
