What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)
Strategic Content Creation
- Write high impact content for websites, landing pages, campaigns, and brand narratives
- Translate business goals into clear, persuasive messaging
- Create content frameworks, not just single pieces
- Work closely with designers and strategists to align words with visuals
Social & Short-Form Content
- Write hooks, scripts, and captions for Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels, and Shorts
- Understand how attention works in the first 3 seconds
- Adapt tone for different platforms without losing brand voice
- Turn complex ideas into simple, sharp narratives
Performance & Conversion Writing
- Write conversion-focused landing pages, ad copies, CTAs, and lead magnets
- Understand user psychology, objections, and intent
- Iterate copy based on performance feedback
- Balance clarity, persuasion, and brand tone
Thought Leadership & Authority
- Write long-form content including blogs, founder POVs, case studies, and pitch narratives
- Help brands sound confident without sounding salesy
- Structure content for readability, retention, and credibility

Writing Fundamentals
- Strong command over clarity, structure, tone, and flow
- Ability to write sharp, human, non-generic content
- Comfortable writing both short punchy hooks and long structured pieces
- Excellent grammar and editing skills
Thinking & Storytelling
- Ability to think before writing
- Can break down complex ideas into simple narratives
- Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and emphasis
- Can identify the core message instead of overexplaining
Platform Awareness
- Deep understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content formats
- Knows how content behaves differently across platforms
- Experience writing scripts for short-form videos
- Awareness of modern internet language without sounding forced
Marketing Understanding
- Clear understanding of funnels, ICPs, and buyer intent
- Knows the difference between awareness, consideration, and conversion content
- Experience writing content that supports design, CTA, and offers
- Understands basic SEO without writing for robots
Experience We Are Looking For
- 3 to 6 years of experience in agency, startup, or content-led brands
- Portfolio with real published work, not sample PDFs only
- Experience writing for multiple industries and tones
- Prior collaboration with designers, marketers, and founders
- Ability to handle feedback and iterate fast
