What This Role Is About
This is not a volume-based writing role.
We're looking for a content owner who drives measurable outcomes—traffic, engagement, and pipeline.
You will be responsible for turning content into a growth engine, combining AI-powered scale with human insight to create content that performs.
What We Expect (Outcome-Focused)
- +4 years of experience in B2B SaaS / technology content writing
- Own organic traffic growth across assigned topics and content clusters
- Create content that ranks, engages, and converts—not just drives page views
- Deliver high-intent, ICP-focused content for QA leaders, automation engineers, and DevOps teams
- Leverage AI tools (GenAI, LLMs) to produce high-quality content at scale, without compromising depth or originality
- Use AI to accelerate research, structuring, and drafting, while applying strong human judgment for differentiation
- Build repeatable systems to scale blogs, landing pages, and campaign assets efficiently
- Continuously optimize and refresh content to improve rankings, engagement, and conversions
- Contribute to campaigns (ABM, webinars, product launches) with conversion-focused messaging
- Track and improve key metrics:Keyword rankings & topic authority CTR & engagement
- Conversions (demo requests, trials, downloads)
Responsibilities
- Write and publish high-performing content: blogs, landing pages, case studies, reports, and email campaigns
- Translate product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives for B2B audiences
- Build topic authority in areas like test automation, AI in testing, and QA productivity
- Collaborate with Product, SEO, Demand Gen, and Design teams to deliver campaign-ready content
- Identify content gaps, drop-offs, and opportunities using data and insights
- Optimize existing content for SEO performance and conversion improvement
- Support ABM and lifecycle marketing initiatives with persona-specific content
- Maintain consistency in tone, positioning, and messaging across all assets
