  • Lead the end-to-end creation, distribution, and management of e-commerce content for new launches and existing SKUs.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, design teams, and syndication teams to ensure timely delivery and launch of content.
  • Monitor websites and conduct user analysis to optimize content.
  • Write and outline compelling content for e-commerce pages.
  • Oversee content creation by graphic designers and conduct proofreading.
  • Track and analyze competitors e-commerce activities to stay ahead in the market.
  • Implement SEO and SMO strategies to enhance online visibility.
  • Manage the overall online strategy for product launches.
  • Coordinate partnerships and co-marketing initiatives with syndication and international e-commerce teams.
  • Define and execute e-commerce strategies for successful product launches.
  • Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns, including creative processes, targeting, segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
  • Research and implement content recommendations based on competitor insights and e-commerce trends.
  • Collaborate with agencies to ensure project completion and alignment with goals.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communication, or relevant fields; MBA preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in E-Commerce, B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Communication.
  • Understanding of B2B marketing with a strong desire to learn more.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience engaging with globally distributed stakeholders.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proven cross-collaboration and prioritization abilities.
  • Hands-on e-commerce experience, particularly in campaign management and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, social media, Google search, and display advertising.
  • Familiarity with Search Engine Marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data through web analytics tools, with knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience in managing agencies and drafting briefs to ensure project success.
  • Ability to write persuasive content copy.
  • Proficient in preparing presentations using MS PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing on e-commerce copy and landing pages is preferred.
