Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Content Writer based in Noida. The role involves developing and implementing content strategies, creating impactful web content, conducting thorough research, and ensuring all materials meet the highest quality standards through editing and proofreading. The Senior Content Writer will play a key role in delivering engaging and accurate content tailored to the target audience, aligned with the company's mission to inspire scientific achievement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute end-to-end LinkedIn content strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.

Write, edit, and publish high-quality LinkedIn posts, long-form articles, executive thought leadership content, and engagement-driven captions.

Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing teams, and clients to craft authentic personal brand voices.

Translate complex technical, scientific, or business concepts into compelling, easy-to-understand narratives.

Own and manage the LinkedIn content calendar ensuring consistency, relevance, and timely publishing.

Analyze LinkedIn performance metrics, audience insights, and engagement data to continuously optimize content strategy.

Research emerging LinkedIn trends, formats, algorithms, and hashtag strategies to maximize reach and visibility.

Mentor junior writers and contribute to content quality standards and editorial direction.

Drive innovation in storytelling formats, including carousel concepts, storytelling frameworks, and authority-building content.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Web Content Writing and Writing
• Skilled in Content Strategy development and Research
• Attention to detail with strong Proofreading and Editing capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to adapt content for various audiences
• Experience in educational or scientific communication is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field. A background in science communication would be an advantage
