Senior Content Writer
We are seeking a skilled Marketing Content Writer to join Team Eltropy. You will report to the Director, Marketing and develop both long form and short form content in collaboration with the team at large. You will write about Eltropy's product in a way that simplifies complex technology, summarizes a broad range of features and benefits succinctly, and creates differentiating selling points. You will play a significant role in knowledge-sharing and establishing Eltropy's thought leadership in the fintech industry.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Optimization:
- Produce a wide range of unique, high-quality content, both long and short-form, including but not limited to blogs, website copy, eBooks, white papers, case studies, newsletters, flyers, video scripts, reels, social posts, and emails, all aligned with the company's marketing objectives.
- Revitalize and optimize existing content with engaging, imaginative narratives and up-to-date information, injecting personality to boost conversion rates.
- Ensure all written copy is optimized for SEO best practices while prioritizing insightful content that genuinely adds value to the target audience.
- Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:
- Develop and execute impactful email marketing copy to support demand gen and client marketing teams to nurture leads and maintain engagement with current customers.
- Publish the monthly customer newsletters, using them as a vehicle to share thought leadership content with the existing customer base.
- Strategy & Collaboration:
- Stay current on industry trends, market changes, and best practices to inform and enhance content creation strategies.
- Generate and conceptualize innovative ideas that authentically reflect the brand's identity and resonate deeply with the target audience.
- Actively collaborate with the close-knit marketing team, offering support wherever necessary to advance projects beneficial to both the community and the company.
- Provide copywriting assistance to cross-functional teams, including demand generation and product marketing.

Experience and Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, or related field from an accredited college or university required.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience preferably in fintech or SaaS.
Required Tools and Systems Proficiency:
- Content & Productivity: Google Docs, Sheets, ChatGPT, Gemini, and WordPress.
- CRM/CMS: Experience with HubSpot.
