We are seeking a highly skilled, innovative, and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our Marketing team and develop high-quality content that clearly communicates the business and technical value of our platform to enterprise audiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality technical marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, solution briefs, product brochures, datasheets, blogs, and website content
• Translate complex technical features and architectures into customer-focused value propositions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, design to ensure technical accuracy and relevance
• Create content that supports different stages of the buyer journey (awareness, consideration, decision)
• Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, consistency, and brand voice
• Conduct research on products, technologies, competitors, and industry trends
• Repurpose technical content across formats and platforms (e.g. long-form to short-form)
• Ensure content aligns with SEO and content marketing best practices
• Maintain content documentation and style guidelines as needed

Requirements:

• 3+ years minimum of job related experience in technical content writing, preferably with some experience as a software developer and Middleware platforms etc.
• Understanding of software development methodologies, APIs, and integration technologies.
• Background in technology, SaaS, cloud, AI, Fintech, data, or engineering domains
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into clear and accessible content for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Currently based out of (preferred) or open to Mumbai as a location.
