About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Content Writer with expertise in both English and Hindi to create high-quality, accurate, and impactful content for government departments and corporate communications. The ideal candidate will have experience in policy writing, official communications, reports, speeches, press releases, and digital content aligned with regulatory and institutional guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, edit, and manage official content in English and Hindi for government portals, circulars, reports, press releases, newsletters, social media, speeches, and corporate publications.

Develop clear, concise, and authoritative content that communicates policies, schemes, announcements, and corporate messages to a wide audience.

Ensure all content complies with government or corporate communication standards and is aligned with the organization's tone and branding.

Collaborate with senior officials, policy makers, and communication teams to translate complex information into accessible language.

Conduct thorough research on government schemes, policies, industry reports, and corporate developments to produce factual and informative content.

Proofread, fact-check, and ensure consistency across documents in both languages.

Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content.

Mandatory Skills:

Excellent command of English and Hindi (written & verbal), with the ability to write in formal, professional tone suitable for government and corporate communications.

Strong understanding of government policies, corporate communications, and public information dissemination practices.

Proficiency in drafting official reports, circulars, press releases, speeches, and social media content.

Ability to write with clarity, precision, and factual accuracy.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Experience in working with multi-stakeholder environments (government officials, corporate teams, PR agencies).

Preferred Experience:

2+ years of professional experience in content writing for Government Departments, PSUs, Corporates, or Public Sector Communication.

Prior experience in policy writing, report preparation, and official communication is highly desirable.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Political Science, or related discipline.
