Role Overview (Summary)
We are hiring a Senior Content Specialist to own our content and brand work. You will manage social, blogs, webinars, events, and video — and work with the GTM team to make sure content connects to distribution and conversion.
This is a hands-on role. You will write, coordinate, publish, and manage. You are also expected to think about how individual content pieces fit into a broader GTM motion — a webinar should become a LinkedIn post, a blog, a clip, and a sales asset. AI tools should be part of how you produce and distribute work.
Key Responsibilities
Content
- Own the content calendar — blogs, LinkedIn, newsletters, and website copy
- Write content that reflects TripleDart's point of view on GTM and B2B SaaS marketing
- Produce sales enablement assets: case studies, one-pagers, decks, and outbound copy
- Script and coordinate video content with production partners
Social Media
- Manage posting, scheduling, and engagement on LinkedIn and other channels
- Track what works and adjusts — focus on what drives inbound, not just reach
- Stay current on topics relevant to the B2B SaaS and GTM community
Webinars & Events
- Run webinars end to end — speaker coordination, promotion, and follow-up
- Handle event logistics: registrations, on-site coordination, and vendor communication
- Repurpose webinar and event content into clips, blogs, and social posts
AI Tools & Workflows
- Use AI tools as a core part of daily production — research, drafting, repurposing, scheduling
- Document content SOPs and keep them updated
- Work with the GTM team to connect content to HubSpot workflows and lead nurture sequences.
Experience Required
Must Have
- 3 to 5 years in content marketing, growth marketing, or a similar role
- Background in journalism or editorial work, or a clear flair for writing across formats
- Good writing skills across formats — social posts, long-form, short-form, and sales copy
- Experience managing social media for a company or brand
- Comfortable running multiple workstreams without close supervision
- Daily use of AI tools in content work
- Follows through on tasks, communicates blockers, and meets deadlines
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or at a marketing agency
- Familiarity with webinar tools — Zoom Webinars, Riverside, StreamYard, or similar
- Some exposure to GTM tools — HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, or similar
- Basic understanding of SEO and content distribution

- Delivers high-quality motion graphics and video content with strong storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail
- Produces engaging social media and digital assets that align with brand goals and audience engagement metrics
- Effectively uses AI creative tools to improve production speed, workflow efficiency, and creative experimentation
- Maintains consistent quality across animations, transitions, typography, rendering, and overall visual execution
- Handles multiple projects independently while consistently meeting timelines and delivery expectations
- Contributes fresh creative ideas, explores new trends, and continuously improves motion design and AI-assisted workflows
