Lead requirement gathering and documentation including business requirement documents, use cases, and process diagrams for WorkForce Software (WFS) implementations.
Configure WFS Suite modules (Time, Scheduling, Integrations) based on customer-specific needs and product standards.
Design and execute unit and system testing to validate configurations against business requirements.
Create complex formulas and customized configurations that align with WFS data structure and implementation sequence.
Support go-live activities including data loads, system initialization, and customer testing.
