Manager/Team Lead-HCM Functional

Responsibilities 

Functional expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, Workforce Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion) 

Responsible for Requirement Analysis and Documentation of the respective Oracle environment including engagement with the Oracle customer and developer base. Functional Analysts shall have full time zone overlap with the Client's Oracle Team (US Mountain Time Zone). 

Responsible for development review and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards. 

Should be able to configure the assigned module with direction from the Solution Leader. 

Should Identify and document gaps between requirements and delivered functionality. 

Should be able to develop solutions for gaps and document all configurations. 

Able to perform Unit test all functionality including staging test scenarios. 

Able to perform Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client. 

Able to document testing results 

Should be able to develop runbooks for all technical objects. 

Should analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution. 

Should provide functional guidance to technical team. 

Essential Skills 

Job  

Must be willing to work till 12:00 am IST (to have overlap with Client IT Team). 

Should have experience with Oracle HCM modules is must. 

Should have minimum 1+ years experience with system production support projects 

Must have done at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation support to understand the end to end module implementation experience. 

Should have good functional (process) knowledge in the area(s) of work.
