Provide technical and production support to monitor, maintain, design, and continuously improve SPE's Ariba On Demand (Buying & Invoicing) solution.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the SAP Ariba On Demand (cloud) platform, covering configuration, functionality, release management, and adoption of new features.
Monitor, maintain, and deploy interfaces between Ariba and S/4HANA via multiple technologies (Cloud Integration Gateway [CIG], PI, Open ICS, WebMethods).
Possess a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA tables, configuration, master data, and integrations to optimize the Procure-to-Pay landscape.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize integrations, ensuring high availability and performance.
Partner with the SAP Development team to design and deploy Ariba functionality that is seamlessly integrated with SAP ERP and related systems.
Establish and enforce integration and security best practices, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards.
Provide oversight of system upgrades, patching, and release testing for both Ariba and S/4HANA environments.
[Qualifications]
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
Min of 8+ years of experience
SAP Ariba on Demand experience
Ariba (cloud) Buying & Invoicing including Guided Buying
Creating/Updating tiles
Creating and enabling catalogs
Core configuration workflow, users, suppliers, etc.
PO and Invoicing processes
Ability to automate and optimize processes as much as possible
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum team
Ability to problem solve and propose solutions
Ability to communicate with technical and business teams
