Job Description

We are hiring for Senior Consultant in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Design & Total Rewards with Leading Global MNC - Mumbai

Role Overview

You will work end-to-end on compensation strategy, design, and implementation while managing client engagements and delivering impactful analytics and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and participate in C&B and rewards advisory projects, including:
  • Total rewards strategy and design
  • Salary structuring and benchmarking
  • Job evaluation and grading exercises
  • Variable pay & incentive design
  • Cost modeling and impact analysis
  • Pull insights from compensation and market data to build compelling client deliverables and recommendations.
  • Manage project workstreams end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery with high quality.
  • Maintain strong client relationships serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to scale solutions and support business development or sales activities where relevant.
  • Contribute to thought leadership (research, white papers, presentations) in rewards and C&B space.

Experience & Skills Required

Education:

  • MBA / PGDM (HR, Business Administration, Economics, Analytics or related fields) preferred.

Experience:

  • Typically 46 years post-MBA (or equivalent post-graduate) in compensation/benefits, rewards strategy, remuneration design or related consulting projects.

Core Capabilities:

Strong hands-on experience in C&B design, rewards strategy and salary structure development.

Client-facing exposure and ability to manage stakeholder engagements.

Excellent analytical, structuring and problem-solving skills particularly with large data sets.

Advanced Excel and presentation skills; ability to translate data into insights.

Ability to deliver high-quality project outputs independently and as part of a team.

Growth mindset & proactive learning orientation.
