About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to design and deliver high-impact software solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and leverage deep technical knowledge to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build large-scale distributed systems and microservices.
• Write clean, reusable, well-tested code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns.
• Collaborate with BAs, QAs, Designers, and PMs to develop interactive prototypes and features.
• Advocate for Continuous Delivery and DevSecOps practices, embedding security into the development lifecycle.
• Cultivate a healthy team environment through mentorship and technical leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Core Tech: Hands-on experience with Python, ReactJS, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• AI Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience with AI technologies.
• Practices & Frameworks: Strong knowledge of TDD, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, Kanban).
• Skills: Experience with cloud and containerization tools (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
