Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a high-impact and flexible SAP S/4HANA SD/MM Consultant to support business transformation initiatives through SAP solutions. The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, optimize business processes, and deliver SAP S/4HANA capabilities aligned with organizational objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Required Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA MM projects (mandatory)
- SAP S/4HANA certification preferred but not mandatory
- Experience delivering at least two full lifecycle SAP implementation projects
- Expertise in SAP MM and SD configuration and business processes
- Strong understanding of SAP Fiori applications and architecture
- Experience with:
- Sales order processing
- Order fulfillment
- Consignment processes
- Returns management
- Credit management
- Pricing
- Taxation
- Billing and output management
- Deep understanding of:
- Business Partner concept in SAP S/4HANA
- Intercompany and intracompany business processes
- SAP MM and SAP FI integration
- Experience in major enhancements and custom developments including RICEFW objects, APIs, User Exits, BAPIs, and BADIs
- Experience integrating SAP with third-party and non-SAP systems
- Ability to facilitate business workshops and drive solution design sessions
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
- Working knowledge of SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion projects is desirable
- Working knowledge of ABAP debugging is desirable
QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities
- Partner with business owners and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Design SAP SD/MM solutions that meet business objectives and industry best practices
- Provide functional expertise and recommendations related to SAP S/4HANA capabilities
- Lead solution workshops and business process discussions
- Prepare functional specifications and participate in design reviews
- Configure SAP SD and MM modules based on approved requirements
- Execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing activities
- Support SAP and non-SAP integration initiatives
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements, interfaces, and custom developments
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system efficiency
- Support project delivery using Agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of SAP SD/MM functional consulting experience
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA MM and SD configuration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and business engagement capabilities
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in cross-functional and global project teams
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP integration technologies preferred
- SAP S/4HANA certification preferred
